According to field studies and studies of existing compost production systems such as waste incineration, landfilling, processing and stacking methods, etc. The problem of space and high occupation area, long process time and production of dangerous odors and leachate that need the high cost of treatment and decontamination has made using this system to recycle and convert waste face serious challenges. High waste transportation costs, high volume of stacking in the compost production system and their occupied space, high volume of hazardous leachate, environmental pollution and finally non-sale of the final product of compost factories caused the project to produce a system to reduce the high volume of waste and turn it into vegetable soil (stabilized). In this system, the wet waste is crushed and dehumidified by an exclusive process and the leachate produced by the treatment systems is converted into water that can be used for agriculture and is environmentally friendly. The final product is a kind of organic soil that is not harmful to humans and the environment and is free of any harmful vapors and odors. Also, according to the modular design of the system, at the request of the employer, it is possible to extract vegetable soil and other expected outputs by making changes. It is worth mentioning that this system reduces the volume and weight of waste by 85 to 80% and has a high advantage over other systems. Using this system, which converts a unit of wet waste into stabilized soil in a very short time cycle (approximately one hour), the problems of the upper depot space in the central field of fruits and vegetables, odors and environmental pollution can be solved. Get rid of high-volume leachate and do not sell compost and get the best output with the least possible time and cost.
