In manual processing lines, a major part of the separation process is done using manpower. These systems consist of transmission lines, manual separation (manual picking), rotary screens, eddy current and magnetic systems. Most of the processing systems in the country are imported from Germany, Switzerland and China. In recent years, some of these systems are also provided by domestic manufacturers and provided to customers. Among the problems of these low efficiency lines, the lack of proper separation of waste so that the percentage of mixed waste is not suitable for any user, the dependence is more than the limit on manpower and the possibility of disease for them and occupying a lot of space is very high.
