Wet waste pre-treatment systems (screened municipal)

In the process of producing compost from wet municipal sub-municipal waste, the time it takes for incoming waste to turn into fertilizer is about two to three months, which is accompanied by the production of aerobic bacteria. On the other hand, at present, compost fertilizer production lines from wet municipal waste are facing the problem of not selling this fertilizer, and despite the high time and heavy costs of these systems, the high volume of fertilizer produced and not sold has caused serious problems. . The system presented in this plan has solved the time and cost problems of existing systems by significantly reducing the volume and weight of incoming waste and converting this type of waste into RDF waste-derived fuel. In addition, due to the high calorific value of this type of fuel (about 9000KJ / KG), the possibility of generating electricity in incineration plants is smoother. In this system, after performing the physical pre-processing process, including mechanized crushing and dewatering and separating water from waste in the first stage, it is directed into a rotary drying reactor, where it is virus-treated using a combined irradiation process and ozone hybrid system. It turns into RDF waste-derived fuel in about an hour. In this device, leachates produced by the treatment system can be considered for washing the system. In addition, an air purification system has been installed in the place of the device to prevent the creation of odors caused by garbage in the place. The proposed capacity of the system for the recycling system of the city is 100 tons per day, which can be seen in the sample images made by the specialists of this company with an operating capacity of 10 tons per day
